The "angel" picture was taken at one of the museums dotting the city of Cebu. The city government launched the "Gabii sa Kabilin" last night in celebration of the National Heritage Month and the International Museum Day. I am a sucker for museums. When I go to a new place, I always want to go to a museum...because it tells so much about the place and the people.
Cebu City is a culture-rich city. I love that there is always somewhere in the city you can go to -- shopping centers, food shops, museums, parks, thrift shops, etc. The City though has to reduce the crime rate and clean the grounds.

An Outfit: Tour Around the Island (2)
3rd Photo: Behind us is our town's famous waterfalls. The waterfall is composed of three falls.. and actually many more mini falls when you walk further up river.
4th Photo: I am on top of a very huge coral rock formation that serves as a diving platform in one of the island's more famous beach resort, the Salag-doong beach. "Salag-doong" got its name because "doongs" or herons used to build their nests here. The beach resort is about half a kilometer from the highway and to get there you will pass by a mini forest.

An Outfit: Tour Around the Island
Siquijor is a really small island. You can circle the province in 2hours, if you follow the national coastal road. To introduce my boyfriend's family to the island, we took them to a tour, but for me, the path less traveled by would have makes a lot of difference in how non-Siquijodnons see the island.
Wearing thrifted United Colors of Benetton dress, leather backpack, borrowed Havaianas slippers from sister, thrifted straw hat.

An Outfit: Little White Dress
I envy girls with such long legs and girls that wear mini dresses. Sometimes I think I can wear mini dresses properly, like this time last week when I toured my boyfriend and his family at my little town. The dress was cute, but I thought it was cumbersome to wear because it was too short I had to wear shorts underneath. The dress will be listed at the Shop soon -- because it's too short for me.
Last picture: Behind us is one of the largest, if not the largest convent, in Asia. =)

Today's Outfit: Circle & Flu
The Outfit: thrifted Giordano polo shirt | thrifted high-waist pants that I also wore here | Marikina Shoe Exchange slippers | patch leather bag, gift | wood earrings, local jewelry store
Sorry for the last pose. I got carried away. I was parrotting my three-year old female cousin who poses like that. =)
I am actually a home-buddy. I live with my cousins, nine of them, so I have lots of companion at home. I have flu and today is the day I don't wanna go out. But I had to because I am delivering a purchase at the Shop. Because our meeting place was near the middle of the city, my boyfriend and I decided to walk to our "central park," the Fuente Osmena Circle and took snapshots. My boyfriend was also kind to treat to me to yogurt smoothies. =)
While walking to the jeepney station, my boyfriend and I stopped by a new bakeshop, Sugar Ribbon, and took photos. Their breads and pastries did not look tempting though...
I'm off to bed now...hoping I'd get well tomorrow so I can finish a lot of planned tasks. Have a good Friday night, and happy weekend!
An Outfit: Flowers & Elections
Our presidential bet did not win, and for days after the election, I was sad and hopeless. But life has to move on, and move on to the better.
I wore this top twice already, first here.
